Zimex sold
Swiss charter operator Lions Air has signed a letter of intent to acquire business aircraft maintenance company Zimex Aviation. Zurich-based Zimex, recently sold its share in Netjets Europe to programme owner Executive Jet. The company continues to provide light maintenance for Executive Jet's growing fleet of business jets.
