TransTechnology has completed its $27 million acquisition of Aerospace Rivet Manufacturers (ARM) in Santa Fe Springs, California. ARM provides an entry into the aerospace market for TransTechnology, which has interests in helicopter rescue hoists and cargo hooks, and industrial speciality fasteners.
