AgustaWestland has won a contest to supply three new A109 Power helicopters to the UK Royal Air Force's 32 (The Royal) Squadron under a civil-owned military registered framework. To be used for VIP transport and communications duties, the aircraft will be equipped with glass cockpits and powered by either Pratt & Whitney or Turbomeca engines.
