Bombardier is ramping up its presence in Greater China with the opening of a new regional support office and parts depot in Hong Kong.
Its new 1,000ft2 office, located five minutes from Hong Kong International Airport, will provide technical expertise, flight operations support and account management support to its clients in the region, says the airframer.
Bombardier also plans to begin full operations at a new parts depot in Hong Kong by end-March. It will be operated by business jet operator Metrojet at the airport.
The office and parts depot are part of a $30 million planned investment by the airframer.
