AAR Advanced Structures (ASD), of Wood Dale, Illinois, has named Ron Kelner president and general manager of its cargo-loading-system factory in Livonia, Michigan. He joins ASD from Outokumpu Copper Kenosha, where he had profit and loss responsibility for a $70 million business.
