The Association of European Airlines (AEA) based at Brussels, in Belgium, has appointed Dr Herbert Bammer its chairman for 1996. Bammer is president of Austrian Airlines, where he has been for 30 years and been president since 1992. Bammer succeeds Roger Sietzen, president of Luxair.
