Aerospace cast components manufacturer Kent Aerospace and TKR International, which specialises in superplastic forming of titanium and aluminium stretchforming, have merged to form Aeromet International. The new company will provide an "integrated shaped metal-component function for the aerospace and defence industries", says Aeromet, and have a turnover of £30 million ($46.5 million).
