Sir Julian Oswald, has been named chairman, of the Sema Group/ Westland Helicopters joint-venture software systems company, Aerosystems International. He succeeds Graeme Ferrero, who remains a director. Oswald, a non-executive director of Sema Group, was formerly First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff for the Royal Navy.
