Airline capital
Aerospace consultancy Airline Capital Associates, of New York, has appointed Frank Rosenberg managing director. He was formerly president of aviation consultancy FA Dana Group and, before that, was chief operating officer of Ogden's aviation division and chief financial officer for North America at British Airways.
