ALPA dismissed

US regional Atlantic Southeast Airlines began jet-airliner services on 1 December, after an Atlanta, Georgia, court dismissed a lawsuit filed by the US Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) which would have prohibited the Delta Connection carrier from operating leased British Aerospace 146s.
