Amphibian start-up
New Middle East regional carrier City Link plans to begin downtown-to-downtown services between Abu Dhabi and Dubai by the end of the year, using two float-equipped Cessna Caravan turboprop singles. Three new Caravan amphibians are on order for delivery in 1996.
