An-38-100 ticket
The Antonov An-38-100 27-seat regional/utility turboprop has received type certification from the Russian authorities. The aircraft, equipped with AlliedSignal Engines TPE331 engines and Hartzell propellers, is now in series production at NAPA in Novsibirsk, with first deliveries scheduled to commence in the second half of 1997.
