Arianespace
Francis Avanzi, formerly chairman and chief executive of engine manufacturer CFM International (CFMI), has been appointed vice-president at French-based space company Arianespace. He spent 19 years with French aero-engine manufacturer Snecma, which with General Electric, makes up CFMI.
