Autopilot approval
Century Flight Systems has won US approval for its Century 2000 altitude-based, single-axis autopilot. It will be aimed at Cessna's 172R Skyhawk operators, who, until now have been limited to AlliedSignal's Bendix King KAP140 autopilot as an option on their piston singles.
