AvAtlantic FAA deal

US charter carrier AvAtlantic, whose air- carrier certificate was revoked on 7 March, may resume flying two of its seven Boeing 727s when it meets the initial terms of a consent order (Flight International, 19-25 March). As part of the deal, it agreed to pay a $136,000 civil penalty.
