Robert Horgan, who was previously shop manager with Raytheon Aircraft, has been appointed director of maintenance at Avtech Executive Flight Center, of McCollum Field, near Atlanta, Georgia. He replaces Dwayne Pittsenbarger, who has taken up a position with the US Federal Aviation Administration.
