B-2 Weapon Test

The first test of a precision-guided weapon on the Northrop Grumman B-2 on 13 June resulted in the company's global-positioning-system-aided munition (GAM) being released at more than 40,000ft (12,000m) and guided autonomously almost 14km (8nm) downrange to impact "well within" the projected 6m accuracy.
