Flying Group of Belgium, the Antwerp-based business aviation services provider, has added three more business jets to its fleet, and plans to add another seven aircraft over the next three years, it says. The line-up will include a Bombardier Challenger 604, three Cessna Citation Mustangs and around four Dassault Falcon 900s, which will be used on planned transatlantic and Asia-Pacific services.
Flying Group also aims to expand its fixed-base operation, increasing hangar space from 1,750m2 (18,800ft2) to 5,300m2 and is in talks with the Flemish regional government to develop its Antwerp Deurne base into a dedicated business airport.
Expansion is earmarked within Europe, notably in France, where it recently secured a 25-year agreement with Aéroports de Paris to lease the Euralair facility at Le Bourget airport. The group also has bases at Cannes Mandelieu and Rotterdam Zestienhoven airports.
