The US Air Force has delivered a Boeing Business Jet to the Colombian government under a foreign military sales contract. The aircraft will be used to transport Colombia’s president and other VIPs and replaces a 35-year-old Fokker F28. Modification of the 737-700-based BBJ was performed by DeCrane Aircraft System Integration Group.

Turkish business jet charter company Air Sapphire has been heavily fined by the US government for flying a Gulfstream GIV to Russia without authorisation.
The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered inspections of the Gulfstream G500 and G600 fleet in response to a “quality escape” involving improperly installed engine-mounting hardware.
