Canadian engineering and completions company Flying Colours has delivered two refurbished Bombardier CRJ200s to Malaysian hospitality and travel business Resorts World.
The regional airliners have been converted from an high-density passenger configuration into a corporate shuttle layout, featuring 16-business-class seats. They will be used by Resorts World to transport customers between its facilities in Malaysia.
Flying Colours chief executive John Gillespie says: “Our relationship with Resorts World further strengthens our presence in the Asian market and underlines our leadership in delivering CRJ conversions.”
Flight Fleets Analyzer records 57 CRJ200s as operational in Asia, with 22 used for scheduled commercial services, 30 for corporate, charter and fractional ownership missions, and five for military operations.
Since launching the ExecLiner programme ten years ago, Peterborough, Ontario-based Flying Colours has completed more than 30 CRJ conversions in corporate shuttle and VIP configurations.
