Canadian simulator supplier CAE has announced contracts to sell three Full Flight Simulators (FFS) and to upgrade further FFSs in deals totalling $30 million. Customers for the new simulators are American Airlines (to train pilots for the Boeing 737-800) and Southwest Airlines (for the 737-700) of the US; and Lufthansa Flight Training of Germany (for the Airbus A320).
The upgrades are for 767-200 and 757-200 simulators already owned by US carrier Delta Air Lines.
