Calspan/Veda buys rail
Recently merged Calspan SRL/Veda has agreed to acquire RAIL, a provider of test and evaluation services on the US Army Boeing/ Sikorsky RAH-66 and US Navy Boeing F/A-18E/F programmes, boosting annual sales above $270 million.
