Coltec seats AMI
Coltec Industries has completed the acquisition of AMIIndustries, a manufacturer of cockpit and flight-attendant seats for Airbus and Boeing aircraft, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. AMI expects revenues approaching $30 million in 1997.
