Commander redirects
Financially ailing light-aircraft manufacturer Commander Aircraft has raised $3.6 million from majority shareholder KuwAm, to expand its aviation-services division, which brokers and refurbishes single-engined and twin-piston turboprop and jet-powered general-aviation aircraft.
