Dunlop Aviation has installed an autoclave which allows it to cure large one-piece composite mouldings up to 4 x 3.25m in size. The £350,000 ($540,000) device is being used in the manufacture of anti-icing assemblies for EH Industries EH101 helicopters for the Royal Navy.
