Computer tie-up

Real-time computer specialists Concurrent Computer and Harris Computer Systems have agreed to merge, in a deal worth $28 million. The companies, which build computers for the simulation and other industries, have a combined annual revenue of $170 million. Concurrent shareholders will own 61% of the new company.
