DC-X at sea with naval application
A PROPOSED naval variant of the McDonnell Douglas DC-X single-stage-to-orbit launch vehicle is being considered by the US defence contractor. The Space Sortie Vehicle could be used to rapidly deploy or act in concert with space-based sensors and communications.
