Delta IV Heavy delayed

The maiden flight of Boeing's Delta IV Heavy launcher has been delayed to 10 September. The launch was to have taken place from Cape Canaveral in Florida in early July. The payload for the September flight will be a test satellite and a US Department of Defense research satellite. Delta IV can carry 23t to low-Earth orbit.
