Bangalore, India-based Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has won a contract to supply three civil Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopters (ALH) to the state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC). The 14-seaters will be used by ONGC for offshore and onshore operations. HAL is promoting the air ambulance version of the ALH globally.
