The privately owned East Line Group, which operates Moscow's Domodedovo airport, is seeking foreign investors to help it develop the gateway as traffic soars. The airport, which expects to handle over nine million passengers this year, has already spent over $500 million in modernising Domodedovo since it took over the airport in 1997. It hopes to finalise the amount of investment needed in early 2004 and for the investors to be in place within two years.
