Embraer sold
The process of privatising Embraer began in mid-December with the sale of 55.4 per cent valued at R$154.1 million ($182.4 million). Controlling interest was acquired by a consortium led by Brazilian investment bank Bozano Simonsen, with 45.44 per cent of the stock.
