Hsu Jui-yuan becomes chairman and Huang Jen-tsung president of Taiwan's EVA Airways, following the resignation of Chang Yung-fa, who remains president of the Evergreen Group. Hsu was formerly president of EVA Airways and Huang was president of the US office.
