Chew joins Hawaiian

Hawaiian Airlines has named FAA chief operating officer Russell Chew as its executive vice-president operations to replace the retiring Norm Davies in June. The former American Airlines executive has been with the FAA since 2003.

The carrier has also promoted long-serving Ken Rewick to the post of vice-president of flight operations. He joined the carrier in 1978 as a pilot. Rewick succeeds the retiring Robert Glasgow.
