Fortis Alliance
Fortis Aviation is selling its Alliance Airinvest subsidiary to ex-Airbus senior executive Stuart Iddles and associates. The company will be renamed Alliance Aviation, and will continue its role in commercial aircraft investment and trading. Fortis will retain a minor shareholding.
