Nashville, Tennessee-based fractional-ownership provider FractionAir is merging with Florida company Teda Travel in a move to become publicly traded. FractionAir sells shares in pre-owned Mitsubishi Diamond/Beechjet 400 light jets and mid-size Hawker 800As.
