Bureau Veritas, whose history exceeds the century of flight by another quarter of a century, has moved well beyond its maritime heritage.
The Bureau Veritas group set up its aeronautics and space division in 1922 and currently offers a wide range of services, such as technical advice, consulting, assistance, training, surveillance, appraisal, evaluation, inspection monitoring, inspection and delivery approval. The group has a workforce in excess of 10,000, supporting its 100,000 customers in 150 countries.
