Vice-chairman Tom Bell, of manufacturer Gulfstream Aerospace of Savannah, Georgia, is to return to Burson-Marsteller as president and chief executive. He keeps his place on the Gulfstream board. Bill Boisture, executive vice-president, will take on Bell's operational responsibilities from 1 April.
