Gulfstream and Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) are due to roll out the G150 mid-size business jet on 18 January at the Israeli company's Tel Aviv site.

First flight of the business jet is earmarked for five months later, leading to certification at the end of 2005 and deliveries in the third quarter of 2006.

The $13.5 million G150 is a development of the G100, formerly Astra SPX, and is the seventh member of Gulfstream's business jet family. The aircraft combines the high-speed wing of the G100 with a wider fuselage and new Honeywell TFE731-40AR-200G engines.
