Hartzell
Arthur Disbrow has retired as president of Piqua, Ohio-based Hartzell Propeller. He joined the company as vice-president and general manager in 1981 when it was acquired by TRW, and continued as president when the company was sold to private interests in 1987. Chairman Jim Brown takes over Disbrow's duties.
