Italy’s Finmeccanica has signed a letter of intent with Hellenic Aerospace Industries (HAI) of Greece to identify by the end of this year potential joint aerospace and defence programmes capable of generating revenues of around €300 million ($373 million) over the next three years. The pair aim to co-operate in the production of aerostructures, modification and upgrading of civil and military aircraft, satellites, and electronic and surveillance systems.
