Hercules Sealed
Munitions specialist Alliant Techsystems has completed the acquisition of Hercules Aerospace for $296 million in cash and 3.86 million shares. The combined company has revenues of $1.3 billion and 9,000 employees. The US Department of Defense accounts for 83% of Alliant's sales.
