Hexcel Composites will show its Redux 140, water-based corrosion-inhibiting primer. According to the company, Redux 140 is the first chromate-free product of its kind. Hexcel claims that the product is carcinogen-free, does not require the use of heavy protective clothing and solvent extractors, and yet performs as well as the current market leader. Redux 140 is compatible with a wide range of adhesives.
