Hartzell Propeller has established a parent company, Charter Aerospace Partners, to act as a holding company for Hartzell and provide a vehicle for other aerospace acquisitions. Charter Aerospace Partners has at the same time acquired non-metallic tube specialist Industrial Tube of Perris, California.
