H+S Aviation
Turbine-engine and propeller repair and overhaul organisation H+S Aviation, of Portsmouth, UK, has appointed Peter Tierney programme manager for Allison 250 business. Tierney, who joins the company from Aviall Caledonian, succeeds David McRobert, who becomes marketing and business-development manager. Janet Bell has joined H+S as human-resources manager.
