David Pope has become president of International Airspace Management Systems, a new business area within Hughes Aircraft's Information Systems, based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. He was formerly vice-president of Command and Control Systems, of Fullerton, California, a division of Hughes Information Technology Systems.
