Roxanne Austin has been named chief financial officer of Hughes Electronics, of Los Angeles, California. Austin, previously senior vice-president, treasurer and controller of Hughes, replaces Charles Noski, who has been appointed executive vice-president and chief financial officer of United Technologies of Hartford, Connecticut.
