Alan Lund and John Plueger have been named executive vice-presidents and chief operating officers of International Lease Finance (IFLC). Lund will have responsibility for the finance, accounting, legal, human-resources and administrative functions, while Plueger will take on marketing, airline and manufacturer relationships.
