Alan Lund and John Plueger have been named executive vice-presidents and chief operating officers of International Lease Finance (IFLC). Lund will have responsibility for the finance, accounting, legal, human resources and administrative functions, while Plueger will take on marketing, airline and manufacturer relationships.
