International Launch Services has confirmed receipt of an Inmarsat contract for the launch of a Inmarsat 4 satellite aboard an Atlas V booster in 2003-04. Arianespace is also in negotiations to launch an Inmarsat 4 and both companies are vying to launch a third satellite.
