Intertechnique
Intertechnique is to acquire three businesses from Teleflex Lionel Dupont, the French grouping which was the recent target of a take-over by acquisitive US company Heico. Intertechnique will take the Teleflex-Syneravia, Cotep and Preclilec businesses, involved in aircraft lights, indicators, displays and sensors.
